About Me

Kathleen Sipes
For almost three decades, I have had the opportunity to serve as the principal of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Schools as the elementary principal (1983-2000) and the high school principal (1991-2011). These busy years have prepared me to begin the job of President of our newly reconfigured Pre-K-12 school. Experience gained from past challenges and accomplishments help form a strong foundation on which those in our school community can create new programs, meet the needs of current and future students, as well as remain committed to our mission. New initiatives will create expanded opportunities for students to grow in faith, knowledge, and leadership. This is an exciting time! Working with and for young people is a continued joy! Join me as I share the stories of this on-going adventure!
